In this article, we\u2019ll look into why this happens and share a few tips on how to deal with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Does it Happen ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s start with the basics \u2013 our emotional state is influenced by many factors: weather, sleep, physical activity, and daily stress we face at work or school. Even small disruptions to our sleep or routine can have an impact on our mental health and well-being. Now, imagine the life of a typical university student:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Endless <\/strong><strong>lectures<\/strong><strong> and assignments<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Part-time jobs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exams and constant preparation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>And, as the cherry on top \u2014 sacrificing sleep just to keep up<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This kind of overwhelming routine naturally leads to stress, and one of its common side effects is loss of appetite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why is it <\/strong><strong>D<\/strong><strong>angerous?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lack of nutrients<\/strong> &#8211; Your body stops receiving essential vitamins, proteins, and minerals it needs to function properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weakened immune system<\/strong> \u2013 You become more prone to illnesses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fatigue and dizziness <\/strong>\u2013<strong> <\/strong>You feel weak and struggle to concentrate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Problems with skin, hair, and nail problems <\/strong>\u2013 Nutritional deficiencies show up in your appearance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, these symptoms may not appear overnight, but if you struggle with eating for a long time, they will eventually catch up with you. In order to help you, we have gathered some information about this issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What Can You Do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, don\u2019t panic. With a bit of patience and care, your appetite can return to normal. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Psychologists advise following three basic rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spend 20-30 minutes a day outdoors.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make time to relax &#8211; read a book, watch a movie or listen to music<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also a good idea to introduce healthy habits into your daily routine. Some people recommend morning meditation, others find comfort in tea ceremonies. It all depends on your preferences. These habits help your body reset, reduce stress levels and bring your appetite back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When Should You Seek Help?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your symptoms don\u2019t go away or seem to be getting worse, the best thing is to seek help from an expert.
